About Contra - Super Contra II
Super Contra II on this page is a modified NES edition listed as Contra - Super Contra II. Choose it when you want this particular modification; the title alone does not identify it as the official second Contra game or a 24-in-1 compilation.

Identify the edition before playing
The download list contains one modified edition. No release year or author is supplied for this record, so neither is assigned here. Guides or codes for another Contra release may describe different stages and behaviour.
This edition
Keep this version separate
Use this page's download and player for the same edition. A similarly named game can be a different modification, and its save states should not be treated as interchangeable.
Start here
- Start with the NES button labels
Choose Play now, then follow the game's own title-screen prompts. In the default browser layout, Enter sends Start, V sends Select, Z sends NES A and X sends NES B. Arrow keys send the D-pad; the keys can be remapped.
Playing tips
- Save a separate practice point
Save state in the player menu keeps a snapshot in this browser on this device. The Keep button only adds the page to your list; it does not save an unfinished attempt.
