About Kat Trap: Planet of the Cat-Men
In the 24th century, Earth is ravaged by solar explosions and abandoned by humans. The planet is repopulated by a dangerous race called the Kat Men. When the solar explosions subsided, people decide to return to Earth. When the Kat Men refuse to leave, a war droid named MT-ED (Multi Terrain Exploration Droid) is sent down to take care of the Kat Men. He is accompanied by Hercules 1, a maintenance and combat droid. When the two droids are beamed down, things get even worse. Hercules is kidnapped and taken far away to the Kat-Men's nerve center. It's MT-ED's job to get rid of the Kat Men and save Hercules.
To do this, MT-ED must explore fourteen environments and deal with deadly creatures found in each environment, with each type of creature requiring a specific type of weapon to be defeated.
