Bulldog

Bulldog is a vertically scrolling shooter. As the pilot of a small ship, your goal is to force your way through enemy defenses to destroy the mothership. Your enemy, the POLONs, have greatly strengthened the path you must take: in each level you may encounter up to seven types of fire installations, as well as various walls blocking your path. If you hit a wall or are hit by enemy fire, you will lose a ship. The game ends when all your reserve ships are lost. At the end of each level you will face a mothership; To destroy this, you must turn off all weapons and other facilities on the ship. Then you move on to the next, more difficult level. Your ship is equipped with lasers to destroy obstacles, and additional power-ups can be found along the way. Extra speed, extra firepower, repeat fire, bombs and other bonuses can be picked up to help you.
