What makes a helpful report?

Describe what you did, what happened and what you expected. The app version, phone model and game name can help us reproduce a problem. If you don’t know a detail, leave it blank.

Should I delete the app or clear its data?

You don’t need to do that to send a report. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove local settings or progress. Start with the suggested checks and describe the problem first.

Can I attach screenshots or a video?

This form accepts text only. Describe what the screenshot would show or copy the exact error message. If you leave an email, we can follow up if we need more information.

Is this for the app or the website?

This page is for the Back2OldGames Android app. For website questions or other feedback, use the contact page.

Do I need an account or email?

No account is needed, and an email is optional. If you leave it blank, we can still receive and review your report, but we won’t be able to reply to you.
